This deposit secures a six-week sourcing window, during which our team will:

• Commit time to research, due diligence, and opportunity sourcing aligned with your criteria.
Our goal is to identify and present high-quality, off-market or tailored investment opportunities that match your strategy.
Refund Guarantee
If we are unable to secure a suitable bespoke opportunity within the six-week period, your £600 deposit will be refunded in full.

Sourcing Fees

Our sourcing fees are fixed and transparent, based on the type and complexity of the investment opportunity.
These fees reflect the time, expertise, due diligence, negotiation, and industry relationships required to secure high-quality investment opportunities.
Larger or more complex deals often require deeper market research and stronger engagement with agents, vendors, and developers.
Our typical sourcing fees range between £2,500 and £10,000 per deal, depending on the investment type.
