Complaints Procedure 

RST Properties offer services with uncompromising standards, continually improving and evolving to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our investors.


If anything doesn’t meet your expectations during your experience with us, RST properties would like to hear about it.

 

Your feedback is valuable and gives us the opportunity to improve and continue shaping our company around what matters most to you.

We will confirm receipt of your email, typically within two working days, though this may be extended during busier periods.

 

Your complaint will then be reviewed. In some cases, we may contact you to request further information, depending on the nature of your submission.
 

Once all necessary information has been received, we aim to complete our investigation within 14 days and provide you with our response.

RST Properties is registered with redress scheme PIMS

If you are not satisfied with our level of support or response, you can ask PIMS to get involved to help with your query further. 

 

PIMS is an independent organisation that offers redress and mediation services for property investors and property entrepreneurs.
